The Yokohama DeNA BayStars 5 vs 6 Swallows
Cooper Hummel stayed red-hot on May 2nd, powering the BayStars to victory with a clutch three-run home run against the Swallows. Hummel’s 3rd blast of the season came in the top of the 6th inning, blowing the game open and showcasing his incredible run-producing ability. Although he had only one hit in three at-bats, he maximized his impact by driving in three runs and showing great plate discipline to earn a walk. Hummel is quickly becoming a cornerstone of the Yokohama offense this spring.
