Sean Reynolds was cool, calm, and collected for the Yokohama DeNA BayStars on August 28th, locking down his 11th save of the season in a victory over the Chunichi Dragons. Entering in the 9th inning to seal the game, the towering right-hander needed just 15 pitches to retire all three batters he faced in order. Reynolds picked up a strikeout while giving up zero hits and zero walks in a dominant 1-2-3 frame. Lowering his season ERA to an exquisite 1.43 while improving his overall ledger to 3-1 with 11 saves, Reynolds continues to be an unhittable shutdown arm at the back end of BayStars’ bullpen.
