The Dominican powerhouse wasted no time getting Chunichi on the board, crushing a two-run homer in the 1st inning. He followed up in the 3rd frame by blasting a colossal three-run rocket to highlight a five-run outburst that blew the game wide open early. Sanó finished the night 2-for-5 with two runs scored, five RBIs, and a pair of long balls.
