NPB Central League: Hanshin Tigers
Tigers announced they have reacquired pitcher Rafael Dolis. Dolis first joined the Tigers in 2016 and, over four seasons, recorded a club-record 96 saves for a foreign player. After stints with the MLB’s Blue Jays and other teams, he had been playing for the Shikoku Island League’s Kochi Fighting Dogs (Independent league) since last season. This marks his return to the Tigers’ pinstripes after six years.
