Rafael Dolis decided to return home in Dominican Republic. He is a pitcher who won the Central League save title in 2017 and played as a reliever for the Hanshin Tigers from 2016 for four years. Dolis has been playing for the Kochi Fighting Dogs in the Shikoku Island Leagu Plus (Independent League) since April this year.
